I heard it last night and read it this morning and I still am having trouble understanding what in the hell people are thinking. Maybe I'm out of touch or maybe we've finally careened off earth one and onto earth two with the rest of the nuts in the Trump cult.
A survey conducted by the Washington Post in six battle ground states, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Nevada, asked likely voters who would do a better job of protecting our democracy and the results were 44%-33% in favor of Trump.
No that is not a misprint.
The guy who refused to peacefully transfer power after losing the election in 2020, the guy who asked for white nationalist militia members to come to DC and storm the Capitol, the guy who has been running around the country since 2020 claiming he actually won the election, the guy who has said over and over again he will become a dictator if elected, is the guy these states think is better suited to defend our democracy.
Here is what I have to say to those polled in these states.
You are fucking idiots.
What planet do you morons live on? There is nothing about Trump that even remotely says defender of democracy I don't care how many times he lies to you and says he is the guy. Do you dopes not watch the news, or read a newspaper, or have a first grade education? I am beyond disgusted with the American people who continue to be so stupid that they have started to believe the lying this guy and his party have been telling us for eight years now. Nobody with a thimble full of brains can possibly believe this shit and yet here is another poll telling me that it is working.
I just don't know what to do anymore. I am scared to death that this country is headed into the dust bin of history with all the other cultures in the past that decided it was easier to allow one fucking fool to tell them what to do instead of actually taking control of their lives and saying no, we've got this ourselves.
My god what a horrible thing to hear and read, a majority of people feel that a despot wannabe is the answer instead of a guy who has proven to be a defender of our country.
I'm disgusted.
